Acceptance of Terms

Vidloo provides tools for analyzing supported links and downloading video files. By using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful, authorized, and compliant purposes.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

Accounts and Access

A valid signed-in account is required before starting downloads. Free accounts and paid accounts are subject to the access rules, quota limits, and plan behavior shown in the product at the time of use.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your own account and for any activity that occurs while you are signed in.

Acceptable Use

You may only use Vidloo to access, download, or store content that you have the right to use. You are responsible for confirming that your use of any source material is authorized and compliant with applicable law, platform rules, and licensing obligations.

You may not use Vidloo to abuse the service, bypass service protections, overload infrastructure, or automate access in a way that harms availability for other users.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription timing, renewal behavior, cancellation handling, and plan status are governed by the active billing configuration shown in your account and at checkout.

Vidloo may change plan structure, feature limits, or pricing in the future. Material billing changes should be reflected in the product before they apply to a new billing cycle.

Service Availability

Vidloo depends on third-party platforms, authentication systems, and payment services. Supported platforms, quality options, and file handling behavior may change over time based on upstream availability or operational needs.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Vidloo does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, support for every source, or permanent storage of temporary files.
